Greg Fuhrman has nearly 30 years’ experience in real estate, most recently as the RealPage Industry Principal of Accounting, where he managed all customers on the accounting platform, and led the design and develop team to build and rollout Investment Accounting. Greg is an accounting, reporting and system design Subject Matter Expert, having created and deployed dozens of real estate investment structures as a Chief Financial Officer, with specialties in Investment Accounting, Partnership Accounting, Fund Accounting, and Commercial and Multifamily Real Estate acquisition, operation, and disposition.
